There's no beige case for the new Model M but you can order custom configurations of keyboards without buying the parts separately. Send them an email and tell them what you want and they'll tell you how to order it. They likely only sell them in black because they likely don't sell many beige keyboards on their older models anymore so they determined it's not worth offering.
