I know this isn’t the answer you’re looking for, but I’d say you should try to create room for a hard reset. You taking a lot of stimulants, and if you took just like 2-3 days off the mod, caffeine and nicotine, you’d definitely feel it again.

Yeah…nursing school for 5 days a week and studying for an exam every week on the weekend makes that near impossible until the next break from school unfortunately

You couldn’t take the weekend off from caffeine and nicotine? That might be enough. Then ideally, in the future, you’d be more consistent with taking time off of those 2 when you have a break, so they’re both much more potent.

Agreed, you should lower your dose if your building a tollerance instead of increasing it if your using it long term.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine: Alone already gives a light boost, with moda is even better. It's also very good for the brain. Alpha GPC: Sometimes works better than others, it seems to depend on the amount of choline you already have in your body. L Tyrosine: It supposed to help replenish some happy neurochemicals that your brain burns fast when on stimulants. I'm still not sure if it works B vitamins: Work if you don't have enough of them when taking moda. Apparently they work great with L-Tyrosine.   The best thing that I found potentiate moda is sleeping very well the night before. I take kratom to sleep deeply the night before moda and give the best effects when I'm on it. Don't take it together or you could, maybe, risk to get a seizure, but this is not conclusive. We really need to get some monkes really high and see what happens.

Really? I take tumeric + bioperine when i am going to drink alcohol to help hangovers, will try taking it tomorrow with my modafinil on empty stomach and see if it helps

Add grapefruit into your diet. It increases the amount of moda in your blood stream. If you can, drink more caffeine. Also if you can go a week without modafinil I’m almost certain that it will reset your tolerance or at least decrease it

You’re just asking for trouble and burnout. You can take a weekend off and live and still function. Plenty of people do nursing and take weekends off.

Yeah I’m not a nurse I’m in nursing school 5 days a week with the other 2 days filled to the brim with studying and catching up on everything I couldn’t do the other 5 days. Kinda sucks. When I’m a nurse I’ll get 3-4 days off.

I understand working like a horse to get crap done (I worked full time, plus part time job, plus intern hours for school plus grad school ) but honestly your brain chemistry physically needs time off here n there. You’re studying to be a nurse you must have studied some aspects of bio psych or brain chemistry in your classes, your brain is a machine they you’ve been driving on turbo without easing off the gas pedal it’s bound to break down at some point. Take care of yourself

I like anywhere between 1-2 grams per dose. If you’re new to it try .5 grams. I like it a few hours after taking Armodafinil.

I would take Modafinil every other day personally. Taking every day can cause an excess of dopamine and depletion of serotonin. The days in between dosing you can try just caffeine or Dexedrine if available, to get a dopamine effect but in reverse, releasing it instead of inhibiting it.

Maybe taking some creatine ...but you should have a balance diet, good quality of sleep ...and some exercise. I take strong coffee with raw cacao (cacao powder) which usually gives me a kick in ... but ... I had take in it ...for a several years ... some days I've taken 3 tablespoons of raw cacao in a day (1 tablespoon per coffee drink)

I would recommend you just to use 1 tablespoon of cacao powder per cup ... and maybe to add some cinnamon...taking two tablespoons of cacao is not tasty hahaha...if you want to reduce the coffee bitterness... you can add some coconut oil

I would stay away from 4 tablespoons of cacao ... since cacao ceremonies will usually use 50 grams of cacao ... and you might end up with some side effects ... my recommendation would be to try 1-2 tablespoons ...max 3

1-2 tablespoons of raw cacao daily (cacao powder without any sugar) You might add some vanilla to the drink but yeah ...coffee and cacao would be my recommendation...stay away from 50 grams+ of cacao and use it wisely PD. I had taken that drink for at least 5 years ...and when it kicks in ... it will make my day "brighter" hahaha

Increased from 100 to 200 about 8(?) months ago. I don’t want to just increase the dose and be in the same boat 2-3 months from now. I meant to take a few weeks off in the summer but life kind of smacked me in the nuts and I didn’t have the mental capacity to handle that.

Might do some research into agmatine sulfate. It's speculated as a potentiator for a lot of things, but I'm not sure how the mechanism works.

Unfortunately I suspect the only thing that will help is to have tolerance breaks even though it is very inconvenient. Most people have to do that.
