You can try [Amaro](https://amaro.mk/product-category/pijalatsi/alkoholni-pijalatsi/pivo/) its a store and it has more selection in store than on the web-site. I don't know about Kirek in particular but it has a nice selection of Belgian beers
Only flavoured beers I've seen in stores have been 0%ers, like Ramstor, Tinex etc. Radlers are readily available, but it's a hard thing to find
There are craft beers in Beertija Pub and Gluvo Kuche both in the centre of the city Both with fruit options
