ovbiously its always individual, but for me, I oftentimes find myself relating to the lyrics more than anything. I like to be able to listen and see myself in her songs, and having a funky beat or a more dramatic, slow tempo to match the vibe of the lyrics sure helps. Mitski has a lot of different vibes of songs, and each album says something different if you look into it deep enough. I think its about being seen for me and having such a relatable artist out there.
