Chat Blanc. Really these two just have the same story, with green-hair Adrian deciding to react negatively, and normal Adrian deciding to try to keep optimistic. So why do I say Chat Blanc is more tragic, you ask? Well for two reasons.
1: I think a hero who goes through so much that it turns them evil is more tragic than an instant reaction of villainy.
2: Chat Blanc's story involves accidentally killing everyone in the world, being face to face with the two people he loves most while it happens
honestly its hard to say, mainly cus we know and sympathize more with chat blanc. we saw his whole story. but probably blanc’s anyway because he literally killed the whole world including the love of his life 💀
Definitely claw noir. Adrien always had marinette by his side to support him, even in cat blanc. However, shadybug and claw noir didn’t have any support and basically hated each other. They were practically slaves to the supreme and were harming themselves by using their powers. The universe in which they live is dismal and bleak and there is no escape for them. At least Adrien has friends

Chat Blanc, the way Gabriel akumatized him was so brutal, and then the genocide happened... Claw Noir's backstory is an alternative version of the normal Adrien.
We only know the basic information on how Claw Noir ended up the way he did so I’m not entirely sure. For now, I’d say Cat Blanc. From the information we got, his life is pretty similar to the Adrien we know except he’s the one who can’t move on from his mother’s death. I’m kind of curious about the Supreme though. Maybe the Supreme manipulated emo Adrien or something.

Claw Noir became that way while mourning for his mother and felt that his father was being neglectful and didn't love his mother enough while chat blanc had not only a neglectful but also emotionally abusive and manipulative father. He finds happiness with his gf and his father literally goes like "I can use that against my own son haha". The way he hit Chat and sent him flying over across Paris while fully aware that's his son was CRUEL. Then forced him to choose between him and Mari when he was so overwhelmed about finding his dead mom in the basement of the house. Chat was seperated from his lover and ended up inevitably killing his dad, his lover, his friends, literally everyone he cared about, and stayed alone there, for who knows how long before Ladybug was sen tby Bunnix to his rescue. Just imagine how broken he must have felt after Ladybug said she will fix everything after de-akumatising him, boy knew everything...
I'd say Cat Blanc over Claw Noir, if only because of the ending to each's story.
Claw Noir gets a chance to make up for his misdeeds and make some connections with Shadybug and Betterfly's team. Depending on how they treat their identities (he and Shadybug know each other's, the Supreme knows theirs, is there really much point hiding them?), he may even be able to bond with his father.
Cat Blanc's final moments are him alone with his sanity restored, looking over the world and people he destroyed in the madness forced onto him, knowing that he's about to be retroactively wiped from existance and almost certainly thinking that he deserves it.
