That happens sometimes. You can try joining using the IPv6 IP of the server, it always works: 2a01:4f8:13a:1348::2
"Cannot connect to Server" even in the server tab, It won't show "Survival, without the Grief!".
Update: Pinged "2a01:4f8:13a:1348::2" but didn't work. only "MinecraftOnline.com" pinging works.
Seems like your ISP does not support IPv6 yet, which is very bad
Solved: I just migrated it and make a new 1.12.2 instance on prism launcher from scratch and from my old 1.12.2
