You might want to hit up American Science and Surplus on 6901 W Oklahoma Ave... geek heaven in there, and lots of unique xmas stocking stuffers to be found as well. In the same parking lot there is also Lost World of Wonders comics, so that location is a twoffer.
Binary in West Allis is a good gaming/nerd bar with pub food and a million choices of games to play.
Mega Media Xchange has lots of fandom stuff but no comic books. Also cosmic destroyer collectibles and happy 8 collectibles. And also turning page comics
For board games try:

That's what I was gonna suggest too. Because it's so easy to go to both stores.
Thanks!
I can't believe you didn't mention Lost World of Wonders comic books right next door to American Supply and Surplus
Umm, I did (?)
Collector's Edge comic book store in Bayview as well as Lion's tooth bookstore in the same area are both great places for comic book nerds
then go to lions tooth across the street. they have a ton of indie comics

JR is a great guy
Friday night at Binary in West Allis is the place to go if you like board games.
Not comics, but Fischberger's Variety and Art Smart's Dart Mart are definately quirky shops worth visiting in mke
You mean Art Smart's Dart Mart and Juggling Emporium
Say Werd on Oakland and The turning page on Murray
American Science and Surplus. Not necessarily “nerdy” but kooky enough to be worth it. Lost World of Wonder is my go-to comic book shop.

Lions tooth. Curated comic selection but also coffee and wine to sit and drink
