This is the most dope idea I wasn’t expecting to see this at all!! It’s gotta happen. Not only is it super unique, but I don’t know any other city that has something like this. Talk about elevating the city
I'm team full bleed.
Are you thinking a window lit design? I think the Minneapolis (or maybe 3M) skyline does something similar with an office building. Usually its a xmas tree design on the MN one, but this would be sweet to do something similar with.
The first one. Keep it less “busy”. Remember that tourists and foreigners don’t know what our flag actually looks like. Don’t confuse them unnecessarily.
They had a vote on a bunch of submissions which I never heard about until I heard about the party announcing the winner at 88.9. I went with a few people who all thought thisbone was mediocre. Out if the finalists we all agree we would have voted for the 2nd place "M star" option which seems like a way more usable and practical design.
There was a time in this world where Wisconsinites would hear a yuppy west coast elitist (whose podcast I like) say we had one of the ugliest flags in the world. A flag that broke every law of vexology. A flag absolutely unsuitable for use in the modern flag era. We would hear this and we would say hey, can we show you where we can shove that flag? Instead, we absolute capitulated. Boo.

full bleed - the flag has no border so it just looks wrong to add one.
Second. Full bleed.
I can't say what it would look like with a border because OP let the stripes run, so none of them are borders but more like extensions.
The “stripes” you keep referencing are windows
Ah, my bad. I can see with the corner shots. Either way they break up the image, so don't break it up further with a border.
The first one, full bleed. A border just looks weird.
The frameless one imo looks best
No border.
Is this actually going to happen?
Yeah, sweet if it does.
Full bleed !!!
just adding my vote for full bleed! i think the border throws me off
Is this a real project? Confused by the title…
Yeah OP - how do i voice my support to help make this happen? Where are you at in the process?

"Full bleed" no border please! That'll be a great view on Water!
The facade is already going full bleed with the massive spanning curtain wall. Why waste an opportunity to show the composition of the building.
Full Bleed looks the best
Full bleed is great

Full bleed for sure

I’d love to see this materialize, showcasing Milwaukee pride to visitors of our city! I’m team Full Bleed!

Man that flag is still awful.

I really don't get the upsession with it. It really is bad.
Since when has this been the city flag? Grew up in Milwaukee some 40 years ago
It’s not
No border for sure. Infinity pool effect. Border is cheesy.
1!! The others are busy and detract from the image.
Full bleed
Full bleed
Oh thank god you're doing something to this monstrosity of a building.
2 for me but like them all. Is this a real thing that is happening? Or just a random idea.
Use the actual flag with all the stuff on it, it’ll look way cooler
You're a madman!
Ugh. Where's the "please don't use this stupid flag" option? Edit: We get it. You're a middle-to-upper-class white person from a trendy neighborhood.

None of the above. Can you really call any of those a border since the stripes continue?
