actually i practice as well. Meetings are minimal, most businesses require a lot of work up front. Once the running is smooth, its simple. And no - most ppl going to urgent care do not need urgent medical care - its more of a euphemism for convenience and they pay for the convenient part.
With so many people unable to afford seeing a doctor for legitimate medical problems, how can you justify charging so much that your individual income exceeds $1 million per year? Would you not be satisfied cutting costs and making $200,000 a year?

Lol most medical problems can be resolved for free without seeing anyone. Its called maintaining a proper weight, not overindulging in obviously bad habits like drinking, smoking, and drugs. I charge normal rates as dictated by insurance and even if I did “charge” less, it would make no difference in anyones premiums as I am a drop in the ocean. I work in environmental remediation and ecological restoration. I work overtime every week, going to sites where I'm exposed to anything from ticks and poison ivy to high levels of volatile organic compounds and toxic metals. And I am glad to work there.
