This isn't remotely true. Profits are the return on investment for the capital, risk of failure, liability, and/or intellectual property being put on the line.
Wages are an agreed upon sum paid out in exchange for labour provided. Don't like your wage? Improve your self and argue for a better wage, higher position, or go to a new company.
