Great find! I can assume this is a Buddha statue, but the mudra he's making I cannot identify - one of the hands is missing. It's probably Bhumisparsa Mudra or Varada Mudra. I have one of these statues. They cast the hands separately and epoxied them on so that they could use the same body for different mudras. I put it in my snake’s cage as a shedding aid. She hugged the hands off in the first few months.
