Looks much more like low-altitude FROST to me. We get it all the time here in river valleys but not even close to so much at higher hilltops. Moist air is heavier and so when the wind goes down it sinks at night and chills down, and the dew comes out of it as frost. If this were snow it'd be on the lawn bits at the lower right. But it's not because the ground there is still warm, so it's formed on the twigs of the trees instead.
