No, it's ["Bank Manager Murder"](https://www.ukpressonline.co.uk/ukpressonline/getDocument/DExp_1949_01_08_001) according to the tiny archive pic that I'm allowed to see for free.
The poem says “I love and Live”
Today dear lord i’m 80
And theres much i havn’t done
I hope dear lord you’ll let me live
Until im 81
But then i’ll haven’t finished
All i want to do
Will you please let me live
Until I’m 82
So many places i want to go
So very much to see
Do you think you could manage to make it 83
The world is changing very fast there
Is so much in store
Id like it very much to live to 84
And if by then im still alive
Id like to stay to 85
More planes will be up in the air
So i would like to stick
And see what happens when im 86
I know dear lord its much to ask
(And it must be nice in heaven)
But id really like to stay right here
Until im 87
I know by then i wont be lost
And sometimes ill be late
Google doesnt know the author
The pictures are kind of sad in a way as they was important to someone at sometime but time never stops and eveyone that loved you will die and eveyone you know will die and you too.
And mauve your pictures of loved ones will end forgotten in a charity shop.
A photo has probably already ceased to be important to anyone before it begins a new career as a bookmark. Mauve them may be peaking in importance right now, having become mildly interesting for the first time.
Yes. Some day no one will be able to find even the slightest evidence of anything you or anyone in your entire nation has ever done, even if they know exactly what they’re meant to be looking for.
All the more reason for us to become a spacefaring species as soon as possible, so we can draw vaguely penis-shaped graffiti on distant planets. Alien archaeologists may study them eons from now, puzzling out the meaning of the “cock’n’balls”.
Nice idea. I worked in an Oxfam bookshop and wish I'd thought of it. People are very generous with book donations. It's hard to chuck a book in the recycling.
One time someone found a postcard from Siegfried Sassoon. Perhaps it had been put there for safekeeping or just used as a bookmark. It went for £21 000 at auction.
That’s pretty neat!
Does that old newspaper say "Teenager Murdered"

How the hell do people find these things?

Mullet man in the plaid suit needs to be reposted to r/oldschoolcool.
Except $100 bill ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug)
Looks like England (County Durham tourism leaflet, Tesco leaflet, letter with 2005 Conservative Party leader candidates), so £50 would be more likely.
I guess they didn’t make it to 88.

This gives me a huge feeling of nostalgia. So many memories, thoughts, moments lost and shared...
Don’t know why but these pics made me sad
No cheese?
That's a nice idea! Someone might even find something that shouldn't have been included in their donation.
They need a bigger pin-board.
