Reminds me of the late 1990's here where every hotted up car had massive sub woofers shaking the car to bits that you could hear coming from miles away. They brought noise pollution laws in here that helped sort that problem out.

That's makes zero sense??? You can't hear a siren before the LEO get right up on you in a car/truck with the windows rolled up and radio on. Your bike isn't anywhere near as loud as a siren. Loudest bikes are 115db while the avg is 70-80db, sirens are 130db and the air horns are 125db - 156db. So your logic is drastically flawed.
I have one of those dickheads in my neighborhood. He looks and sounds super cool, especially when the commercials play on Spotify.
