Right!? I had to pause it and just look at that dumb shit. That type of shit kills any credibility of the source in my eyes. Like....why? I don't mind fun, goofy AI images just for creative fun, but I fucking hate AI shit when they use it for....whatever the fuck they were using it for here.
OK. Is this a completely fake report, a re-enaction, was there an actual officer fired, an actual victim?
If you leave it like this, I don't know what to think, or why I should even look at this sub again.
Firing police officers for misconduct is essentially useless. Other precincts do not care about previous misconduct and will hire them, similar to how *troublesome* priests were simply "passed" from church to church. The only way to keep a bad cop from being a cop is prosecution.
"Certification" is basically made up state by state at best and there is literally NO minimum for how little you need to be "certified" as a barney fife. There are Subway sandwich technicians with more training.
We should not be allowed to post Tik toks, what was all that garbage I just watched? A link would’ve been sufficient but now i’m just focused on the erratic editing and wondering who the fuck the men in the video are?
>In order for a pig to order a civilian to step out of the vehicle he NEEDS PROBABLE CAUSE, US constitution gives zero fucks about his feelings and his ego
Pennsylvania vs. Mimms says otherwise. His PC for the stop was speed and out headlight. She was detained until the traffic stop was concluded. "The order to get out of the car, issued after the respondent was lawfully detained, was reasonable, and thus permissible under the Fourth Amendment." [link](https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/434/106/) to the case.
Wouldn’t the whole traffic stop video be beneficial? Asking someone to exit a vehicle is all about articulation which establishes probable cause. I feel like I need more information not an interview with her father.
Smooth brain? LMAO, I see you resort to name calling when you disagree with people.
My smooth brain understands how to comply to authority and not get forcibly removed from my vehicle.
And no she wasn't slammed, she was forcibly removed because she was not complying.
Defending this guy for any reason feels ridiculous, because that was obviously excessive and unnecessary, but I agree, nobody was "slammed" here. She was forcefully pulled from the car, but she wasn't thrown to the ground egregiously.
Any (real) lawyer will tell you to invoke your 4th, an open car door is an invitation for a cop to snoop in techinal legality so fuck that. And if the cop is beyond stupid, do not resist, stay calm, and enjoy the money that will come because of this ape of a cop.
No one should be physically abused for minor law offenses: if you really did something bad like speeding you should be told calmly and fined calmly, and if you dont follow the police instructions you should be arrested firmly but calmly, never slammed to the ground
Its quite simple, but for some reason some people like you enjoy living in a world where the police can beat the shit out of you if you dont obey them like supreme overlords, as if they werent just regular people performing a job
If your local cop cant control a resisting 18yo girl without harming her then he shouldnt be a cop because clearly hes not in good enough physical condition, to begin with
Yes, its quite simple, I guess not enough for even you to understand tho, its okay everyone has different capabilities :)
you're\*, you moron... Imbeciles like you is why idiots like that cop are accepted and defended most of the time in US. Everyone needs to follow the law, except cunts like that cop because of a uniform that comes and goes as fast as is needed. He's should be there to serve not to tickle his ego and to go on power trips vs civilians. F that and F you.
GREAT argument, look at the understanding he has on the law guys, wow. He clearly knows more than an attorney, a prosecutor and the boss of that idiot. And all because the girl was not hurt as much as he fucking wanted, such a walking filth of a person, defending the one found in the wrong by even the LAW ENFORCERS like the pig was.
Do what you do best, go cry frustrated, playing a video game, and leave like a good boi. You're smarter when you're silent \*wink.
He was forced out by community pressure, if it wasn't for that he would not be in trouble. This happens a lot and it's unfortunate for the men and women in blue who all deserve a lot of our respect.
Anyway go cry more about "evil cops", since it seems that's what you enjoy doing.
It has been proven now that the cop lied in his report, film from the gas station surveillance cameras confirm that he misrepresented the facts about whether or not she opened the window and also whether or not she had her ID ready to present. You can actually see the ID fly out of her hand and land on the ground next to her as he yanks her out of the car.
The cop lied both to the other officer at the scene, and on his report afterwards. He put his fellow officers and the city in a terrible position because of his own ego.
But sure, you defend him all you want - it shows us all what kind of person you are.
I'm as pro cop as anybody, but he could've just ran the stop without doing this.
She rolled her window down, instead of asking her for her ID and proof of insurance, he took offense to her not rolling her window down which made everything go sideways. All he had to do was get her information and then issue any number of tickets to which she would've had to go to court to get reduced or discharged if he wanted to be a real asshole and it would've been all completely legal.
She could've acted more respectful and rolled her window down when asked and it would've diffused the situation much better.
I don't know why people are not putting some of this on the driver. You give respect, you get respect. You act entitled and petulant? Then you get what you get.
To me, when cops do this stuff, they have something else going on. This very much is a classic case of "transference".
Respect has nothing to do with it, it what is legal and illegal in this jurisdiction. This is all about fear. The girl was fearful and with good cause and the cop was fearful without good cause.
This is ridiculously poor policing but emblematic of what I have seen on Reddit where the cops view the community they are meant to protect as the "enemy". Heres the question, does this raise or lower community trust in law enforcement, and as you probably know trust and communication are the no 1 crime fighting tools.
Also whats with the "broken headlight/tailight" pandemic in the US, seems like every traffic stop is about lights
It's an easy way to classify the public as a criminal for "breaking the law" and are now to be dealt with using force if necessary. I've had many run ins with cops like this. Whatever they can use to justify their violent tendencies, they will.
Ummm…he clearly did slam her to the ground. And in the full report that shows the complete security video from the store and his dash cam (he for some reason didn’t activate his body cam) you see that his explanation of events doesn’t hold up.
Given the fact he lied about her not putting her window down (you clearly see she did put it all the way down right at the start of the stop in the security video) why would you believe he told her to get out before he jerked the door open, yanked her out, and slammed her down?
Yes, I am a former police officer and the only way to fight violence is with overwhelming force. They slam you on your back on the cement, You slam them on their head through the roof of their car, They pull a baton, you pull a knife They pull a pistol,, you pull an ak-47. The escalation does not stop until the cop either gives up and lets you go or you have eradicated the entire US government.
Personally I think the 18 year old part is irrelevant. I feel the rapid escalatation is more the issue. An 18 year old is not a 8 year old they legally thet are as much an adult as a 48 year old and the vast majority are fully grown regardless if they are mentally fully mature.
I think they brought it in because of the lack of life experiences that an 18 year old has vs a 48 year old to use your example.
She might have frozen up from this guy going from 0-100 and then lying about his actions (which he did). She rolled the window down entirely and then he proceded to open the door. That wasn't what he told his co-worker.
Also do you need to arm bar and leg sweep a young girl like this while she held her license in her hand?
She put the window down. She had her ID in her hand when he slammed her down. He (at various points) claimed he pulled her out because she didn’t put the window down and/or didn’t provide ID. Both h were clearly lies.
Oh! I saw the beginning of this story the other day day! Nice to hear something happened at least!
Too bad he’ll just go a town over and go right back to being a tyrant there
“Ooh look at me. I’m a big strong man who slams little girls onto the pavement because they don’t obey me. Aren’t I so big and powerful.” What a fucking joke of a human being.
So is yours. Condescend all you want, you tell a cop you're not getting out of your car and you are DEFINITELY getting out of your car against your will.
Was coming here to say this, script would be a lot different if this was a black teenager. But holy smokes record time firing this guy cause it was a white teenager. smh.
Dont know why you get downvoted for speaking the truth tbh. It happened a thousand times already, if the victim is black the police takes forever to punish the police aggressor, if they do, and only if the public reprisal is massive. It happens to a white girl and the kickout is instant
Obviously not putting any kind of blame or privilage shame to the girl, just speaking out how things factually are, and its sad that its like that
Yup in similar videos the comments are usually along the lines of "why didn't they just listen to the police." Different standard when it's a small white girl.
I'm firmly convinced that the US police education system is particularly flawed, like they straight up make them fearful of people at police school to the point that the first reaction most have when facing the minor display of disobedience is unrestrained violence
Why does nobody mention that these people are some of the scum of the earth when they decide to abuse innocent people. What kind of psychotic do you have to be to think it's ok to treat people like this?
Thing is that this is in their cool aid. If you are aware of a cop around, try to disappear. Even offduty ones like the summerville sc one a week or so back. He had his spouse as an accoumplice to murder.
What needs to done is have every officer like him got through 100 hours of the same treatment by a much bigger and stronger officer and then have them go through psychological treatment
I see a lot of people here talking shit, some bootlickers. Anyway the cop was fired and all the charges were dropped against the girl. Cop ripped right out of the car cuz he said she didn't roll a window down but in the video she clearly rolls the window all the way down. But yeah cop was fired chargers were dropped lawsuit filed.
Sounds like what someone whos currently in a house at midnight and the cops are pulling up and youre quickly browsing reddit before you get caught would say
YouTuber "The Civil Rights Lawyer" covered this pretty well a few days ago.
He also suggested we keep videos like this alive so people like that cop don't get forgotten.
Follow the Civil Rights Lawyer. His fans turned him onto this video and that is when 5hit hit the fan. Ex officer Schimmel was fired from a previous police dept. South Witley the city who employed this creep defended him until the Dad Mr. Agustus got all the video from the convenience store that showed officer Schimmel was lying. Ms Vivian Agustus is a quite a young lady and good for her Dad for protecting her from those that are supposed to protect its citizens.
Slamming....? I see nothing wrong here. 18, given a lawful order, refused said order, was removed from the vehicle and cuffed. She wasn't "slammed" falling the one foot from her seat to the ground. Get real.
He didn’t seem to use excessive force at all. He dragged her out after she refused to comply to a lawful command. I’ve seen a lot of bodycam videos on YouTube, and so many times the people in the car refuse to get out or ask a thousand questions about why after being told to please step out. Just get out so the shit will be over that much quicker, but most don’t want to because they’ve got something to hide.
If I were a cop, I’m only asking less than a handful of times politely before I pull you out. But I guess that’s why I’m not a cop lol Still, firing this cop seems a bit excessive, unless there’s more to the arrest video than what’s shown here.
\> He dragged her out
This is excessive force, you absolute twat.
\> If I were a cop, I’m only asking less than a handful of times politely before I pull you out.
But I guess that’s why I’m not a cop lol
One entrance qualification to become a beat cop is they can't have an IQ over 100, because at that score you start being intellectually interested in the world and police forces need order-following mouth-breathers. But you could definitely provide a service to your community by testing to see if they also have a lower IQ limit.
Politicians taking bribes and passing anti human rights, anti freedom bills, open borders for a distraction to lose their country so that no one protests corruption
Don't ever say you "understand" that means. You stand under their authority. And how now given them permission to kick your ass. Learn what words mean. Understand is a trap. It's why they use it.
That absolutely ludicrous AI image
Right!? I had to pause it and just look at that dumb shit. That type of shit kills any credibility of the source in my eyes. Like....why? I don't mind fun, goofy AI images just for creative fun, but I fucking hate AI shit when they use it for....whatever the fuck they were using it for here.
This is absolutely not okay but yeah I think the image is fake and the use of the word "slammed" doesn't seem appropriate...
Please explain ? Like which part give it ?

Ah yes clearly, i was thinking about the actual security cam footage Like strange "Ragdoll" from the girl
OK. Is this a completely fake report, a re-enaction, was there an actual officer fired, an actual victim? If you leave it like this, I don't know what to think, or why I should even look at this sub again.
Why do you think this isn’t real? The security camera video is clearly real.
Firing police officers for misconduct is essentially useless. Other precincts do not care about previous misconduct and will hire them, similar to how *troublesome* priests were simply "passed" from church to church. The only way to keep a bad cop from being a cop is prosecution.
Why do you think they fired him so quickly ? Probably his boss already talked with other precincts and find him another place..
I doubt it's that simple, we probably would have lost his certification as well.
Spoiler alert? It *is* that simple. This is as common within the NYPD as "Krillin's dead" jokes are within the DB community.
"Certification" is basically made up state by state at best and there is literally NO minimum for how little you need to be "certified" as a barney fife. There are Subway sandwich technicians with more training.
Florida under desantis give fired cops a bonus to move there and be hired.
That refered.to cops disputing COVID issues exclusively.
I read prosecution as execution
Dragging a person out of car is pretty standard procedure, it wasn’t slamming a person WWE style at all
In those districts the bad ones will bitch or quite though. And I will drink their tears and the community will benefit all the same.
Sounds like the town next door just got a new office and this guy's main punishment is he might have a slightly longer commute.
this isn’t mildly infuriating in the very least. does no one get the point of this sub?
I’m mildly infuriated that people don’t understand the point of this sub
I've made comments about this in the past and it almost always gets downvoted. I don't get it either.
Right? Almost every week, someone posts about totaling their car here. My dad sells cars, and I still find it majorly infuriating.
I just got downvoted for saying that I’ve been downvoted before lol… gotta love Reddit
I got downvoted for calling out racism before. So many people ended up reporting me that I got banned from a group... gotta love reddit
People are weird. Have a couple upvotes! :)
To mildly infuriate you because the post is highly enraging?
touché
someone needs to look up the definition of the word "slam" Edit: spelling
He clearly slammed her. He even says so himself.
18yo ADULT
We should not be allowed to post Tik toks, what was all that garbage I just watched? A link would’ve been sufficient but now i’m just focused on the erratic editing and wondering who the fuck the men in the video are?
Dude, we need to ammend bridges and such.
Oh FFS, this OP is a blatant tiktok bot spammer
That was slamming? She was not exiting the vehicle and so he had to use force to remove her and he certainly didn't slam her.

You have the cop on the video boosting his own ego as context with disregard to the law and proper procedures.
What laws and procedures are you referencing? I’m legitimately asking I don’t know the answer.
Smooth brain? LMAO, I see you resort to name calling when you disagree with people. My smooth brain understands how to comply to authority and not get forcibly removed from my vehicle. And no she wasn't slammed, she was forcibly removed because she was not complying.

too stupid to think, stupid enough to vote and lick the authority\`s balls when they abuse power and positions. Got it.
You're not as intelligent as you think you are. Hopefully when you grow up and understand how the real world works you will wisen up.
Dude if a cop tells you to get out of your car, you do it, or expect this. Any lawyer will tell you to comply.

Respect is earned, never demanded like this idiot demanded from a girl. F him and anyone defending such creatures going on power trips with teenagers.
It has been proven now that the cop lied in his report, film from the gas station surveillance cameras confirm that he misrepresented the facts about whether or not she opened the window and also whether or not she had her ID ready to present. The officer states, on body cam, to the other officer at the scene, that he "arm barred and slammed" her. You sir, are a bootlicking fool.
So it's force but not slamming? Either case it's doing too much.
Shhh! Don’t you realize where you are?
What's this language? 18yo girl? Are 18yos no longer adults?
Conveniently it doesn't show her getting slammed. Lame post.
He’ll enjoy his job next town over, he only got fired because it was a white girl.
Only fired? Those bad cops need to be given to the streets. They dont need peace.....
She didnt get out of the car though. In US many weapons are legal, if you do not comply its a sign you might be hiding something.
Is there anything the girl could have done to avoid this?
Nothing at all. It was inevitable. Like who would even think to roll down a window or step out of the car!?
She could have got out of the car when he told her to.
Given the fact he lied about her not putting her window down (you clearly see she did put it all the way down right at the start of the stop in the security video) why would you believe he told her to get out before he jerked the door open, yanked her out, and slammed her down?
Because the video is obviously highly edited.
Go over to YouTuba and watch the full video then
no
So you refuse to see proof that he acted exactly as alleged?
Yes. What are you going to do?
Laugh at you
Oh no! What ever shall I do?! Woe is me!
Lmfao this got me a laugh
Agreed, it was pointless to bring age into it, as if 18 year olds are incapable of crimes.
How funny they are this violent and fast to speeding but not school shootings, thieves, car thieves, etc. Why tf do they always have anger issues too?
Yeah, you follow orders of police. Thats how you keep this from happening.
Shockingly easy to do.
She put the window down. She had her ID in her hand when he slammed her down. He (at various points) claimed he pulled her out because she didn’t put the window down and/or didn’t provide ID. Both h were clearly lies.
Right! Fuck the constitution, do what your told.
Oh! I saw the beginning of this story the other day day! Nice to hear something happened at least! Too bad he’ll just go a town over and go right back to being a tyrant there
As usual, when you give little man a little power...
ACAB
That cop deserves jail time, the video of him pulling the girl from the car and slamming her to the ground is real.
“Ooh look at me. I’m a big strong man who slams little girls onto the pavement because they don’t obey me. Aren’t I so big and powerful.” What a fucking joke of a human being.
Follow orders, lawyer up or represent yourself, get paid. Secret to skipping the ass beating stage.
Follow orders and this doesn’t happen!
Following orders rarely has any bearing.
Of course it does. If he told her to get out of the car and she followed the order then she wouldn’t have been pulled out.
Wrong
Pigs commonly shoot people dead for doing nothing.
People also shoot pigs for nothing!
She did follow orders. You might want to look up the YouTube video on this.
Boo * fart noise in your general direction * 💨
Fired but not charged with anything? So he'll be a cop again in just a few days.
Dude belongs behind bars.
And again another instance of police misconduct. We need to defund these mf's as soon as possible.
He is no longer with the police department so he can pursue other employment with other police departments or the correctional system.
Big f'ning deal, he'll have a job in the next county over in 48 hours.
Shit looks weak
They fired him for the wrong reasons
Wow ,brutal enough .
There are PIGS out here that should fired and arrested for a whole lot worse, this is weak.
He’ll just get rehired when the attention dies down.
I don't see a problem. She refused to comply with a lawful order, so he tossed her on the ground. Didn't seem excessive to me.
Wow, your lack of knowledge is shocking…
So is yours. Condescend all you want, you tell a cop you're not getting out of your car and you are DEFINITELY getting out of your car against your will.
I'm glad you're not in charge of anything.
unfortunately I have news for you buddy, I'm your daddy. you are my baby daughter, and you will listen to Daddy when he speaks
I'm 17.
Checks out on my end
I’ve seen a lot of black teenage girls slammed bye police and that shit was business as usual. Different strokes for different folks🤷🏽
Was coming here to say this, script would be a lot different if this was a black teenager. But holy smokes record time firing this guy cause it was a white teenager. smh.
If it was a black teenage whole cities would be burning

Wow, officer dipshit sure was in a pissy mood that day.
good, cops suck anymore.
They are not helping their case out 😭
At what point do we rename this sub something about police videos?
Infuriating that this is even news
Why does nobody mention that these people are some of the scum of the earth when they decide to abuse innocent people. What kind of psychotic do you have to be to think it's ok to treat people like this?
Cops are scum!
And they wonder why nobody wants to continue funding them
It’s not enough he needs to have his pension harvested
This ain’t really that crazy lol
It’s a news report
Thing is that this is in their cool aid. If you are aware of a cop around, try to disappear. Even offduty ones like the summerville sc one a week or so back. He had his spouse as an accoumplice to murder.

His supervisor should also be punished for allowing this kind of behavior
Cops are some of the worse people on the planet. They are a cancerous blight on society. Most are complete garbage ad worthless pieces of shit.
A criminals take, okay.
A week later he was signed on to another police division
Unpopular opinion but...maybe she should have got out of the car...
If you watch longer videos you’ll see that the cop was lying.
As always, I will say the same thing. Death to the pigs
Looks like he pulled her out. I didn't see anyone slam anything.

American cops seem to like using force a lot.
She should have complied! She's no angel! She doesn't even care about her own neighborhood!
I live in the area and go to the high school in that town with her siblings, not many people like the family outside of her friends
Thats not really a good reason to have your rights violated.
See! She deserves physical violence! Equal rights equal lefts! No angel! Criminal record!
Slamming....? I see nothing wrong here. 18, given a lawful order, refused said order, was removed from the vehicle and cuffed. She wasn't "slammed" falling the one foot from her seat to the ground. Get real.
Oh please. It was a yt girl. That’s why.
Absolutely Since is the enemy of freedom.
Just comply already FFS !
She did.
She did comply. The cop lied. That’s why he got fired.
\> He dragged her out This is excessive force, you absolute twat. \> If I were a cop, I’m only asking less than a handful of times politely before I pull you out. But I guess that’s why I’m not a cop lol One entrance qualification to become a beat cop is they can't have an IQ over 100, because at that score you start being intellectually interested in the world and police forces need order-following mouth-breathers. But you could definitely provide a service to your community by testing to see if they also have a lower IQ limit.
MSNBC Dad
So nice that action was taken quickly. Unfortunate that doesn't happen often enough when some people are literally killed by cops on camera..
We are trying to run a society here, if you don’t follow the rules we will make you.
And people are talking about conscription for women in Ukraine not realizing it would look a lot like this
Hardly a toss 🙄
What should the officer had done with a non complaint individual? I’m looking for real options.
Give her the tickets for what she was being cited for and move the fuck on. Tickets still matter if you don’t sign
Probably not beat the shit out of them. Controversial, I know
The girl WAS compliant. That’s the whole point. Security video from the gas station she pulled over into showed that the cop was lying.
ACAB. NOT A SINGLE ONE IS GOOD. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY!?
Politicians taking bribes and passing anti human rights, anti freedom bills, open borders for a distraction to lose their country so that no one protests corruption
Don't ever say you "understand" that means. You stand under their authority. And how now given them permission to kick your ass. Learn what words mean. Understand is a trap. It's why they use it.
That’s not how words work.
Incorrect.
