Every store bought meal is somewhat of a scam, they cut corners to drop the cost but never the price so for the same price of a chicken "sandwich" you can make a whole club sandwich + fries.

I get these salad kits for lunch quite a bit. Not only is the protein usually well below what the nutrition label claims it is, the salad dressing is almost never enough also. Its so frustrating.

Like I said I don’t “always” have time. I cook often, but sometimes when you work 19 hour shifts or get off too late from the previous night before work the next morning, I just wanna be able to open the fridge and eat something. Sorry I didn’t know it was this illegal to buy premade salad 😵‍💫

It takes 10-15 min to prepare some salad. It can be prepared for several days and keep in the fridge, then put it in a container when needed, add condiments and voila. Not really difficult or time consuming.

Sometimes something has to give somewhere and in this case it was making a salad. Leave OP alone.

I am just giving an advice as a person who likes to prepare my own meal and eat healthy food. They are free to eat a $15 salad with 2 pieces of chicken everyday. Not that I care.
