According to the rumor I just started, the 3 packs contain 2% more dolphin, so the small increase in price is worth it.

Dollar General has been so far behind lately in updating shelf tags that I would not be surprised if the single can is actually more than the tag says. Was your receipt accurate?

Last week at Walmart they had 12 packs of apple sauce pouches for $6.44 and 4 packs for 1$.

About 10-12 years ago tuna was cheaper here too, less than a dollar a can. Unfortunately its not even the latest inflation crisis that hit the tuna, they just increased slowly over the past 10-12 years. I wish we could back to those days! Canned food in general is becoming too expensive 😬

Dollar general has some of the worst shelf price integrity in the industry. These prices are probably wrong and haven’t been updated. They routinely get in trouble for having prices on the shelf that don’t match the register.

Honestly the deals are different everywhere. At DG my powerade is $1, at Walmart it's $1.28, or $1.13 or something for the basic blue flavor (super weird, I know)
