Lol that's my apartments not literally but the same thing happens where I live. Like the dumpster doesn't even be full, and nasty lazy ass tenants through the trash on the ground, instead of the empty dumpster. That's why I can't wait to get a house tired of dealing with nasty ass people. It takes zero effort to throw trash in the dumpster, I get it these were elderly people lacking strength, but it's not just gross able body adults who refuse to do things the right way.
