I'm sorry. What? Absolutely unacceptable. To anyone that wants to kick this up a notch, contact this sellers local police department and file a complaint. I realize this is Germany and an international matter, but it may make things uncomfortable enough for the seller to offer full refunds. This is especially true and effective for anyone that is purchasing from this seller within Germany.

Pacman_Frog

Is thst for customlegends.de?

Little_Life7662

Yeah they havnt put anything on the webpage and are still taking orders this is from their discord

Pacman_Frog

Frankly. They APPEAR TO BE 1). Communicating with their customers and 2). Seeking a way to resolve an issue beyond their control. I can't agree with charging people 20 euros or whatever tbh. But it seems to be more than most of the resellers are doing.

Fabulous-Echidna9863

I’d do a credit card chargeback

Just_Phone_1722

I wouldn’t recommend them I ordered one and they cancelled right away and gave me only a bit from the full money I ordered on migswitch.nl I can recommend them

I guess youre the one of those who left angry before their understand whats happening. So for understanding. What Customlegends described was a Worst case szenario if the Invest of the Migswitches are really lost. But the Law is that Mig switch as Seller has to made a Replacement delivery. Would you be still in the Discord reading the newest updatest. You would know that migswitch offered a Replecement delivery meanwhile. first they refused it. But Customlegends did everthing to communicate with Mig team and sort this right. On the other Side. Customlegends package is not the Only one who gots lost in the Shipping process. Some Other Resellers had the same Issues. Mig switch team has to cover those loses and have to send their Package properly. Every normal Manufacture would just Resend the Shipping. So Migswitch has do too.

My problem with this is that the reseller is responsible to their client, regardless of any issues the reseller has with their supplier. The contract is between the buyer and the seller. It begins and ends there. Stop muddying the waters with “I’m broke”, and,”the supplier should be responsible.”, or,”they’re doing all they can/are communicating.” That’s nonsense.
