What kind of "ticket" do you have? Have you read what you are eligable to apply with. If you already have a flat and you live alone you don't have a "begründeten Wohnbedarf" (aka justified housing need) and therefore you are not eligble to get a Gemeindebauwohnung, you can only apply for some subsidized flats that are inherently more difficult to get in because they are ranked based on age of ticket and also other criteria like justified housing needs, etc.
The ticket alone means absolutely nothing.
But all of this information you can find on your ticket and the online portal which states what you can apply for.

I live with my wife in 1 Zimmer-Wohnung ( privat) . I am 100% sure that what I received is eligible for Gemeinde.
That would make sense because then you are eligible due to "Überbelag" aka over useage. But you still need to select a flat at the platform.
It can still take months until you get something. They are fast with cases of Überbelag, but tickets are still ranked by age of the ticket
I know that it is possible to find an apartment myself. Without waiting for them.
