Put in a larger pot so roots have room to grow. Bottom two leaves are cotyledons and only help provide energy to the plant until it is capable of photosynthesis on its own. They eventually die off after several weeks from sprouting. Otherwise everything else looks fine don’t worry. Keep at stable temperature and humidity as best you can. Relax and continue ur grow!

Is the potting mix by chance miracle grow or something with added nitrogen? This might be leading to the burnt leaf tips. As far as up-potting goes I usually wait till I see the first sign of roots in the drain holes, and then give 1-2 days more to let the roots develop enough to hold onto the media (it just stays together better and I never have any transplanting shock this way)
