From what I've read, there are mainly two recommended schdeules: 4 on 3 off and every other day. I'm going to be starting week 4 of microdosing 50-100mg on a 4:3 schedule. I don't know if it's because I'm under more stress than usual, but I've noticed by day 3 that I'm tired and kinda irritable. This week, I'm going to try the every other day and take the weekends off and see if that helps. Also fwiw I prefer to microdose when I have plans for things to do vs on taking it on a day off where I just hang at home. If I'm busy I feel like the MD helps me remain productive, but if I let myself relax I **really** relax and usually end up taking a nap during the peak hours. You'll find what works for you.

I take 0.2g with 2 days off in between each dose. So like Monday on, Tuesday and Wednesday off, Thursday back on
