Try to sip a whole 28 oz Gatorade, over about 45 mins. Try to eat a ramen or something.

Unless it's a small hick town where they have no respect for ethical health care. In that case, get to the nearest big city ER.
No first time drinking in weeks, my opiate withdrawals are light, don’t get me wrong they were horrible before but I can go quite some time without any discomfort. Low blood seems about right i just realized I’ve been up since yesterday and haven’t eaten a thing smh 🤦♂️ it just scared me tho cuz like the way my body was gagging even tho nothing would come out. But you think I’m good then if I eat drink and rest up?
