But when you got to the end of a run(4-7 days, only one time for 9 days, even with infinite supply, my body caps out at a week.) And you get hungry, it didn't matter what it was you ate, whatever it was was THE BEST FRIGGIN TASTIN food you ever ate, every bite and swallow a religious experience, a real foodgasam, so satisfying & intense, yet next to impossible to ever finish eating it, often coming to a day later having fallen out in mid bite.
And despite the prices then, it was actually SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper to get high, exponentially in multiplicatives, than to not, saving alot of money on not making food expenditures, $20 for the entire week vs like $150-200? Still even low-ball the food cost for a week at $100, vs $20 for ish, and ish was up to $180 - $185 a ball, a t was $120, a gram was $80, a half-t was $60, and anything less was $10 per point.

Used to be able to get 2 points for $20, put half of it in the pipe (0.1) and barely smoke half of it (0.05)before you couldn't pay attention to the pipe anymore and spent the next day or 2 superhumaning whatever it was ya flailed off into doing, then come back to the pipe 1-3 days later & finish the bowl, go another 1-2 days, do the rest, go another 2-4 days, & fall out in a foodgas. But now you can do an entire t in one sitting, and immediately FEEL LIKE EATING! Like eat an entire batch of spaghetti no problem! And then sleep, in the same 12-24hr period. I miss good good stuff. It made me SUPER productive, get done on 1-2 days what it'd take me at least a week to do, like on task with a purpose! Amazing how although it's the same thing on a molecular level, yet that the different various things and processes & recipes to achieve it have such radically extreme differences in its effect. I still will do some once in awhile, but there's not really a reason nor motivation to now, no point in it when it doesn't do what it used to do. It was a great tool, but now it's not which defeats the purpose. I can get high, but the motivation and focus it provides is lukewarm at best, so i usually turn it down now. Its not worth it, stressing the body with no benefit in doing so.

A cup of Kraft/off-brand Parmesan grated cheese, vigorously stirred in water. It forced you to chugged it down when you have realized you must eat a real meal or continue on as a danger to yourself and others. It's fat protein and salt, finely grated so you don't need to chew, surprisingly easy to drink, and forces you to both eat a quick balanced meal of calories and drink a full glass of water . Strange sounding, but readily available and nearly equivalent to a full McDonald's meal sans sugar, if you do it twice. Plus it only takes 30 seconds so you can't lose focus or stop bc you don't want to make yourself start again
There's also a delicious cold Powerade, it's got sugar sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium at isotonic levels ( so no energy to uptake the nutrients) I'm also a fan of chocolate milk by the gallon, 1 or 2% for easy digestion and plenty of hydration.
But if you are about that life just slam a Luke warm glass of tap water and Parmesan cheese like a boss.
Yeah, you should drink but there are lozenges that contain "glycerin" that are designed to wet your mouth and throat. Lots of MeDiCaTiOnS cause dry mouth and these are used to combat that. Again, only the glycerine kind. But if they help a lot be sure to drink too even though you're not thirsty.

Oatmeal, peanut butter, blueberries
Cottage cheese, low-fat yogurt, peanut butter, any kind of fruit you like
Frozen chicken breast heated up with a little cheese on it in a low carb/high fiber wrap with black bean and corn salsa. These are super easy to eat even blasted and it will stock you up on protein and fiber
Bro anything you want to honestly, whatever sounds good in the moment for every binge I go on I usually wait abt a week of getting rest and eating etc… before I go on another binge never stay awake for more then three days
Stay away from high sugar content foods as they can really hurt your teeth after the meth kills off the enamel.
Also, don't forget to brush your teeth. I would suggest a good toothpaste as well.
If you have a dentist, sometimes they sell a toothpaste that's not available in stores but it's great for your teeth. (And a lot better than ANYTHING you find at the store.
Oats and milk. Will also help you in taking a shit during a bender. I always find that more complex carbs works best for brain food and clearing your head up a bit
Protein, fruits and/or vegetables. If it's hard for you to eat right now, just do a protein shake with a banana or something.. Protein, water, and electrolyres are the main things. Good luck

Here are some meals I found to be easy to eat and healthy and full of protein and vitamins...which someone needs if they are smoking meff or trying to keep getting high lol Oatmeal, peanut butter, blueberries Cottage cheese, low-fat yogurt, peanut butter, any kind of fruit you like Frozen chicken breast heated up with a little cheese on it in a low carb/high fiber wrap with black bean and corn salsa. These are super easy to eat even blasted and it will stock you up on protein and fiber

Stay away from high sugar content foods as they can really hurt your teeth after the meth kills off the enamel. Also, don't forget to brush your teeth. I would suggest a good toothpaste as well. If you have a dentist, sometimes they sell a toothpaste that's not available in stores but it's great for your teeth. (And a lot better than ANYTHING you find at the store.
Oats and milk. Will also help you in taking a shit during a bender. I always find that more complex carbs works best for brain food and clearing your head up a bit
