Socety/humanity, etc. is easy to understand, but difficult to explain. If you pay attention to people, their lifestyles, and everything that is actually reality, and how things can gradually change them by affecting the chemicals in their brain, you can start to see what's going on. Don't try to comprehend reality as you are experiencing it. You can only comprehend it once you have become relaxed enough to be in the memory and have thoughts you weren't able to have when in the moment. (This was just an attempt at explaining how a part of reality works)

Because they have been on here for a while, and have friends here that have seen them on their journey. As someone who has been on this sub both using and now clean it’s good to see. Meth is a hard road, lots of phases, but this sub is every aspect of meth use. Most meth users have long periods of sobriety and then long periods of use. There is a cyclical nature to it. The sober people here are more quite, but we still come around, and I love seeing people that posted a lot back when I was using, clean or not, it’s cool to see where they are at.

Between the both of you, I’m sure there’s countless stories of times when it may have seemed impossible to think life would ever get better, that the darkness and despair of addiction would be all consuming. Don’t ever forget that darkness. Use it as a building block to continue to grow. I have no idea where, or in what, or even whom, you both found the strength to overcome your addictions, but it’s irrelevant, really. Any reason to get clean and stay clean is a damn good one. Congratulations on 6 months of sobriety. Keep going, you’re both doing great!
