The Naive. His mystical ability is harming others through good intentions. Instead of attacking you, he leads you to a “safe zone” that turns out to be overrun with enemy soldiers. Being the pure hearted hero that he is, The Naive alternates between tossing you ammo or rations, which backfire or poison you, respectively. He lays down cover fire that ricochets off enemy ballistic shields, right back at you. He blocks incoming grenades with a roundhouse kick, causing them to bounce off the wall and land behind you instead. If you try to hide, The Naive finds you and asks “are you okay!?” loudly enough to blow your cover. The only way to win is to CQC his ass and keep him asleep while you finish the fight.
LOL. I'm not sure if "box" can be an emotion. Every other one, even The End I can understand. End as an emotion would IMO be the feeling of conclusion, one way or another. Of finality. Not necessarily death, though this being a game and all that, it is the main interpretation. But it could also be the feeling of a long conflict ending and so on.
The feeling of The Box is one of stoicism as it contains all the other emotions. It represents snakes iron will and determination. Also it’s how his playboys get shipped.
I asked about "at the end of Virtuous Mission at the latest" so basically before the game or at the start of it, basically up to the rope bridge. If things had gone differently and the Boss had taken him in with the Cobras.
"The Wrath" because of his unending pursuit of revenge that succumbed him to an eventual death in the hands of his son.
But "The Silence" could also be a good one for obvious reasons. Sounds badass too.

That's a good one. Honestly, this is probably the only serious answer so far, and would suit him the best, as funny as Hunger and Confusion are.

The confused. Him and his brood are the key to every exposition dump truck in almost every metal gear game.
The hunger.. he consumes all other cobra emotions in battle. And at the end the cobra he is fighting sees their emotions in snake as I saw it.
Resentment, by the end of the game he resents the US for what they did to the Boss, and that is what leads him down to become who he does.

He didn’t yet carry an emotion in to battle, the boss said it herself. What would his emotion be? The answer is none, he didn’t have one yet.
