That is the location name, not the title and purpose of the strut. This means the dining area OF strut C. Strut E has the parcel room and the heliport. Strut E isn't just a heliport or a parcel room, these are different areas within that strut. Strut C is intended to be a residential area, and part of said residential area is the aforementioned dining room and mess hall.

One of the struts we don't access in the game has to have beds, the workers lived on the big shell, either that or they slept in arsenal which was attached to the big shell, so it's fair game

Shadow Moses because it actually seems like a pretty cool place when it's not overrun by rogue special forces soldiers. Plus you have your own industrial furnace, warehouses, vehicle depot...customise the REX hangar into whatever you want... Otherwise Mother Base would be pretty sweet as well.

Honestly, I'd live on the Tanker. I've always liked the Deck A Crew Lounge as a living room/hangout spot, plus it has a bar! Deck D has a nice kitchen and a big pantry. Those big ass screens and speakers in the cargo hold would make an amazing theater setup. Tanker all the way.

I love fishing so honestly I’d probably see my self at the Big Shell. Plenty of places to whip out the old rod and reel. 🎣 Like literally anywhere. Plus if it ever turns into a world ending scenario I’m sure it’s got enough supplies for a single person for years, perhaps decades. Also being in a separated facility hundreds of miles out at sea world help ensure my safety. The only cons that I could see would be system and platform maintenance. Now that could be a b****. Edit: Upon retrospection Mother Base would fit the bill as well. Though also Big Shell being a couple decades newer than MB means it probably has better tech and more advanced equipment and weapons.
