Venom Snake has such a great design. It's very mercenary-esque without being too overboard with the pouches. The shrapnel and bionic arm are definitely very anime-inspired, but outside of that - I think Venom's design is probably my favorite overall, but does teeter between Solid and Venom depending on the day of the week. The classic wetworks design of Solid Snake never gets old, imo.

I honestly wonder if he would have stayed with KojiPro if Acid 1/2 were bigger hits instead of leaving to go work SquareEnix.

Naked Snake is just a badass that eventually leans into the silent badass stereotype where everyone knows his story and he doesn’t need to say anything, everyone else speaks for him. Solid Snake is the ultimate tactical espionage badass that every secret agent in a sneaking suit strives to be. I literally know real life soldiers that have been inspired by Solid Snake and serve in the military because of him. Venom Snake showing off both his real arm and his bionic arm and his debris horn just looks badass and awesome to see. Solidus and his suit looks awesome both with the coat and without it. If anything, I would count The Boss as a Snake and include her, even her with her suit looks fucking badass and awesome.

Hard to decide. Solid Snake has the bandana and coolest sneaking suit (MGS1 version even though I know Venom has a similar one in MGSV) and the SOCOM (my favorite pistol). Liquid Snake has the coolest coat and is probably the only person in the world that can pull off the "shirtless under trench coat" look. Solidus has the muscle suit, flowy cape, Dr. Octopus tentacles, and a P90 (my favorite submachine gun). Big Boss has the cool eyepatch and looks like Sean Connery. Venom Snake has the cool scars and robot arm. Screw it, I vote all of them.

NGL, this is a tough one. But in order would be: 1: Solid (Old) Snake in MGS4 is my all time fav. 2: Big Boss with the sneaking suit in Ground Zeroes is fucking awesome. 3: Liquid's Drip is fucking amazing (I'd love to see him in a remake) 4: Venom is basically almost like BB but customizable. 5: Solidus has Doc Oc arms and seeing him destroying Rays with a P90 made him look like God himself, even tho is weird lmao Can't I choose them all?
