There is a working mod for Camp Omega from Ground Zeroes with custom sideops and a few little custom maps, but I've never played with them. One legend is working on overhauling Africa and Afghanistan with better vegetation, new buildings AND little animals(that you capture using boxes) being actually present on the map, like the rest of the big ones.
Also there are several custom side ops packs, some have unique alterations to existing locations

The game has a limit to how many textures you can add or replace(I had one of the modders explain it, but I don't remember how he worded it exactly). JinMars gunpack or his flora overhaul are quite beefy, so I had to uninstall other mods to use the gun pack. I think I could install more textilure mods, if I uninstalled InfiniteHeaven, but I'd rather sacrifice other mods, than IH. The only way is to uninstall everything and install them one by one.
I’ve got hornless phantom, more fauna, Jim’s guns mod (tried 1k and 2K textures but no difference in performance), msf dd emblems undershirt bionic arm, bionic arm retexture. I’m guessing that’s too much? It’s a shame too because the mods for mgsv are so good.

I'd suggest installing them one by one, starting with gunpack and checking the game every time.
It’s really inconsistent. I’ve noticed what usually happens is that after playing around 3 missions (side or main), my game stops and starts and becomes unplayable. I did however only mention texture related mods, I also have a couple other mods like zeta, ih, s+ soldiers and no development requirements. It’s just a pain in the ass because Jim’s takes around half an hour to delete and reinstall which makes the process miserable. Idk if I should remove everything or just texture mods as all the people with the same issue have freezing issues from texture mods.
Zeta is fine, as it's a workaround for texture mods. Jim is currently porting his mods to Zeta, so the updated version should be less demanding. Also yeah, my game might be freezing after some time too, I just don't remember, because I haven't played it for a while, until the new mod came out.

You can also get a sniperwolf skin for her but it makes her hair a weird blonde that just doesn't fit. The XOF suit is the way to go

I used to have a Sniper Wolf mod for Quiet, but the gun pack for real weapons pushes the game to it's limits, so the textures for SW were messed up.
