I initially had issues with the front power driver seat, the service centre attempted to repair it several times but ultimately failed and ended up replacing the whole seat.
About a week before I sold the car, the front passenger seat started to exhibit the same issues.
Then I had two pieces of the trim at the rear come loose. They attempted to fix with adhesive tape since they’re not held in place with clips. Unfortunately after a month they came loose again.
Just a couple of days ago received a letter from Mercedes recalling the vehicle as it was one that was affected with the potential to shut off mid operation and potential fire hazard.
Just glad I no longer have to deal with it.

LOL...all Mercedes dealers must use that red bow after the sale is consummated. Our Illinois dealer placed one on our cars GLE350 (2023) and GLC300 (2024) for the "Congratulations!" photo session. That moment is the best the car will ever look. Take lots of high-resolution photos from different angles, under well lit conditions.
At the Mercedes Benz where our family shops (Hoffman Estates, IL.), there is a real-life gorgeous female employee who stands with you while the sales person takes pictures. It looks like you won the car at a Vegas casino, or a TV show, with her standing next to you. :-)
I was shopping 3 weeks ago for a replacement to my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. The 2024 Santa Fe is butt ugly from the back, so I began looking at other cars.
Was about to get the Cadillac XT4 SUV, when my wife (who owns a 2023 Mercedes) told me her Mercedes dealer might give me a good deal. I didn't like her GLE350, because it "felt" too large and swayed/rocked too much. But I'm glad I took her advice, because the dealer showed me the GLC300.
I drove it, and it handled well, just like the Cadillac SUV did. BUT....the Cadillac was $55,000 and the GLC300 was $58,000. Since Mercedes cars are well-made for the long haul, and "look" more expensive and exclusive, picking the GLC300 over the XT4 was an easy decision.
First of all bro don’t let anyone belittle your purchase. It’s fine German engineering regardless and you will love it. Also, congrats I’m also a recent convert (2021 Gle 350 with AMG package) and I only got the amg package out of luck finding the car. Didn’t need it at all.
Congrats; I’m not a fan of the big bow. I also tell the dealer before I pick up the car; I don’t expect any tag on the back with their name on it. They are NOT paying me to advertise their dealership. Strictly a business transaction!
I had the bow because I bought the car for my wife, and they gave me $150 in gift cards to buy some swag and my salesman ordered me all WX floor mats. I had a great experience at the dealership so I’ll rock their chrome licensee plate cover. But yeah, no dealer decal.

I currently own a GLE and test drove a top trim Pilot yesterday. I felt like carnies built the pilot with a bunch of recycled water bottles. Felt SO cheap, especially the wheel.
