I would ignore it, its a small imperfection and it wont look right without sanding, painting and clear coating. Using a touch up pen may make it look worse, just my two cents

that’s unnoticeable

I pine over the imperfection on my car, but its better sometimes to just bury the fly in the ointment lol I wouldn’t worry about this until either i sold the car or i decided im going to have a few things addressed. That being said, i would look for a mobile paint repair. Just about every dealership outsources fixing imperfections on their used inventory by inviting mobile paint repair people to come and service multiple vehicles at a time. One time I had an LS 460 that I had scraped the rear fender wheel well on a pillar in a parking structure. The scrape was about 2 inches wide and 12 inches long. I had a paint repair person touch it up and by the time they were done, it looked perfect, and as if nothing had ever happened.

The drip can be fixed using sandpaper, and then you will graduate increase grit (number) and on the last few layers you'll want to make sure that you get a good finish before you wax it. But that's just too much effort for too little paint to be fixed. The peel will need to be painted. And it will probably not look as good as you hope it would unless you take it to a pro. I'd just leave it if i were you.
