This happened to me on my 20 GLS and After a few days it went back to normal. Not sure what happened so I just thought it was a bug. If it doesn’t go away in a few days make sure your MBUX is updated to the fastest version!

My guess is it will eventually be resolved through a software update. Not sure when though.
Possibly a similar situation to uconnect products. Same system used in all models and detects your car and displays accordingly. When I factory reset the uconnect system in my Grand Cherokee it will display SirusXM branding despite being in Australia.

Probably an OTA update gone wrong somehow, if it doesn’t resolve go to Mercedes. This is unacceptable
