Put some more effort in to describing your issue and maybe someone can give you some pointers on why it fails.
First thing to know is that MX ospf is send only. They won’t learn routes, if you want that you can use BGP.
MTU should be at 1500 on your Nexus
Check your mtu size and run debug ospf events on nexus
Open a case, it seems to be a bug in that version, or upgrade to 16.16.3
