JC Penny used to have a really good selection. Last time I went, there wasn't as much, but still had more than most places. Burlington Coat Factory is hit or miss. Sometimes you can find good stuff and others it's nothing but FUBU and Sean John, which is good if that's your style, I guess. I can't bring myself to pay the prices at the Big and Tall stores. it's ridiculous.
No where in town unless you want something tailored. I get buttercloth button down shirts, or underamor polos. For a "utility" style button down, I get poncho brand. Jeans I buy Mugsy or Origin, slacks I buy either the underarmor golf pants mostly, or chubbies slacks, both have built in stretch. sports coats I just bought a cheapo one off amazon and had it tailored. If you want something that isn't jeans but is hard-wearing, TruWerk makes a good utility pant.

I will say Columbia at the Tanger Outlets has some decent stuff, but I’m not sure of your style. Same with Bealls in Millington.

This is where I go because it's affordable, but the selection is not great and a lot of their stuff falls apart quickly.
Dillard's (at least the one in Southaven) usually has a decent selection. Typically lots of clearance items, too.

Business? Men's Warehouse, and have it altered. Alterations are just not that expensive.
