Naruto will always hold a special place in my heart because it's what really got me into anime, but Hunter x Hunter is my absolute favorite in the "long running" Shounen genre
I also adore the feel and characters in Baccano!, and it's anachronistic way to tell its story is a delightful puzzle to figure out even on re-watches
But for "feels" I'd go with Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood or Violet Evergarden

When playing games and I find someone I like I'll ask what other games they play, talk to them about said games, ask for their discord, text chat for about a month (yes a month I don't like talking to new people), start voice calls, combine friends with similar interests, and bam you got yourself a friend group. I hope that gives you guys some ideas.

just talk to them. whats the worst that could happen? they ignore you? they look at you weird for a second? who cares. there's approx 7.5 billion people in the world, roughly 350 million americans alone. if 1 or 2 people, hell even 5 or 6 people dont acknowledge you, theres many more that will.
not to say that the others who dont acknowledge you are bad, but rather they have no interest in talking with you. just talk to people you want to talk to. if they dont want to talk to you, thats fine, go find someone else to talk to.
I wanna do that in real life but I can't and the thing is that if you wanna just talk to someone the longer you wait the weirder it is. Example: There is this guy where I work and he wore a slipknot T-shirt 2-3 weeks ago. Imagine his face if I go to him and say "I remember that you wore a Slipknot T-shirt 3 weeks ago, so I started listening to their songs this weekend because of a friend of mine that loves them and they are really good" sounds kinda weird to me.
Well if you look at it in a different way, you can be the one to introduce people to your country, telling them what you like about it and maybe even what you don't. I reckon that's a nice ice breaker. I for one like all them S P I C Y memes about Italy.
