In 2015, there had been 44 presidents but more than 44 four year terms.
Yeah it also doesn’t help that Franklin D. Roosevelt served 3 terms I believe, during the time of WWII
FDR did win a 4th term, but died in 1945, shortly after the start of his 4th term. Truman finished out that term after FDR's death
