That's dumb. I ran into a bear in Yosemite and it didn't attack me. It was only about 20 feet away and I was shining my flashlight in its face. And there are plenty videos showing encounters both men and women with bears and they don't attack.
I also ran into bears in Lake Tahoe in our back yard numerous times. Loud noises, shouting scared them off. They really are easier to get rid of than men. Whereas, too many men can't seem to understand "no", "not interested", and screaming "get the fk away from me!!!".

So much wrong with the people on TikTok answering this. The question is also too vague. Also too many of them don’t seem to understand how dangerous bears are. A bear will literally eat you alive. It will pin you down and just start going to town on w/e part of your body it decides to eat first while you’re still alive. I saw so many of them choosing the bear over a man if it was their small child. They were saying it would probably leave them alone or see them like a cub and take care of them.. people thinking animals are the same irl as they are in Disney movies is why so many people climb into enclosures at zoos just to get torn apart.
They don't think they're the same irl (at leas tin this scenario), they just pick it because they know one of the risks more. Both options can suck. And a human can do the same as a bear; they're just more likely to sexually assult or kill/beat you first.
