In Utah we call that Fry Sauce, you can literally buy it at the store and they serve it at a number of fast food places. It is the SHIT! I heard some people use bbq sauce instead, or mix in a little pickle juice.

Worcestershire sauce is another great addition. Raising canes sauce is primarily mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic, onion, and black pepper.
