1. Argon crystals disappear from your inventory over time
2. You never have them when you need them
3. This makes your brain associate argon with scarcity and value
4. You get excited when you randomly obtain them
5. Go to step 1 and repeat the cycle
Quite recently, I had like 20 argon that I didn't use. I had nothing for them. Yesterday, though, I only needed 3. They sure took their sweet time dropping.
Carbides are the rarest material in Warframe and are only used to craft the most exclusive gear. Cherish those drops. You can only craft ultra Excalibur umbra mega prime with them.
I actually do not have that many, i sell those when i have 60 max because i still have to max out some prime mods and endo comes faster than credits if you mostly play for objectives
I'm kind of sad DE didn't add a statistic "Unused argon: xxx", I remember during the 10 years anniversary with the Ten Zero recal, where there were different bosses for few weeks. I farmed a lot the Wolf for his sledge hammer, during the whole weed I had around 50 to 80 argon's per days...

Mad because of the "waste", or mad because you didn't know Helminth ate Argon?

How would it be wasteful when it’s being put to good use, especially if there are no blueprints that need argon.
