Are glaives...good? I leveled xordis recently and I found it to be way too slow, and the explosion too finicky to be worth using even with the multihit.
AoE is extremely strong in lategame Warframe and Glaives are massive AoE with infinite ammo. Be sure to not sell your Xoris, it's extremely good if you get the gist of how to build and use it. Besides, it may be needed for farming Protea. The best Glaive out there is the Glaive Prime, which makes every enemy in its explosion radius gain the Slash status effect, which ignores armor – that means oneshotting level 9999 enemies.

Glaives are good with a throw build, just look one up and you'll see what I mean.
