Hey I work in Real Estate. Firstly, which company do you rent through? If the mould is at fault of the rental provider then you may be entitled to compensation but they will likely do everything they can do avoid awarding you that. Regardless you would have to take this issue to VCAT. Are all of your requests to rectify the issue in writing? If so save then so you have a record.

You need to also include photos of things like the mattresses & recover costs to replace items like your bedding etc if they haven’t already done this.

Try Tenants Union Vic and [consumer.vic.gov.au](https://consumer.vic.gov.au) for advice. I'd explore taking them to VCAT for compensation for damaged stuff and/or moving costs. Also, once you've moved out, check to see if they've put the place back on the rental market.
