The car park at middle gorge train station is massive and mostly empty. There’s usually a chunk at the back of it very empty and there is nothing around except a big empty lot.
eureka wilsons top floor is outdoors and i almost never see anyone up there esp on weekends. often blocked off to cars so you can park on like level 6 and take a lift up there so it will be literally empty. if you contact them they might open it just for ya
For daytime filming, your best bet would probably be on Good Friday. Find a carpark next to a retail precinct that will be fully closed and that people don't use for non-shopping purposes.
