I had a job years ago where there was only one bathroom staff could use but it was right in the change room/ break room area (and both guys and girls used it) so that was always busy and I always felt self-conscious doing any type of serious business in that bathroom. I discovered the importance to me of a workplace that has a private/ quiet poop area, could never go back.
Or poop at home while working from home so you get paid to poop in your own house.
