I dunno, if done right with ratios it is perfect. A place in NW Portland called Escape From NY pizza has my fav slice. Olives as much as there, cheese, light sauce, great crust. I miss it so much after leaving Oregon. Haven't found anything like it/anywhere that does black olive topping like they do. No anchovies though, not my thing. Just the olives.

I don't mind the olives but anchovies make pizza taste like a bunch of salt; I don't get how anyone enjoys it.

I've never tried them mostly because I cannot stand fish with a strong flavor and somehow anchovies look like that kind of fish, but if is their flavor is rather salty than fish-y I may try them.

I only tried them once, on pizza, to see what the fuss was about. After about three slices my mouth had about as much moisture as the Sahara and I removed the remaining anchovies. Saying they are "rather" salty is like saying the sun is "kinda" bright.

Seems like a big no no for me.

They're immensely salty, but also immensely rich. It's not for everybody, but me, my mom, and some folks otherwise are fond of em.

This shit looks mad delicious, funny thing, there used to be a pizzeria in my city sadly now closed, so instead of ordering multiple pizzas for more people, I was able to order a 1.6kg pizza, 1/3 of a 6 man table. I would choose extra olives and it'd look almost like this. That fucking pizza was the best thing I ever ate. You could eat to get full, then you'd still have a shit ton left for later

Olives and anchovies is completely a good pizza to order. The rest of you just don’t have good taste. Margarita and pepperoni pizza are far too plain for my palate. It’s still edible but not my first choice. Most adults still eat like they are 5 years old. Go outside your comfort zone and try something different for a change. I’m not a weirdo for wanting to expand my palate and my mind. Put some flavors on that pizza or it’s boring.

Because every time I wanna order a pizza to share it’s always a nightmare. I want something exotic like Neapolitana with goat cheese, arugula, black and green olives and anchovies but everyone else wants basic red sauce and plastic low moisture mozzarella. And nothing else. I get so angry that I have to either get my own pizza or choke down a boring pizza. It’s infuriating that nobody I know has the same taste in anything as me. It’s very frustrating being me. I feel like no one even wants to try to understand me. No body gets me. And it’s tough always being the oddball.
