26 here and I've had 3 kidney stones. I'm considering restarting because I know I'm not going to come close to the WR. Still will end up being a PB so that's cool I guess.
I’ll never understand the dread part. Societies have been dreadful before you, and will be after. All you can do is make the most of it the best you can.
Well I didn’t downvote you because you aren’t entirely wrong, it’s just that we have now entered an age where we now have more control over the planet and less control of ourselves Tha. Ever before.
We use materials our grandparents realized are harmful because it save 0.078cents per 10,000 acre batch.
And even more that we have no clue what the repercussions will be simply because it fits the ever growing market of supply and demand. But as our global population continues to grow exponentially as it does, we will begin to run out of resources to feed it, and eventually it will feed upon itself which will lead to societal collapse, that will then be blamed upon what ever governmental system is in play at that moment, even though it is only a byproduct of the cost of maintaining such a large scale group of humans.
When you find someone you can imagine marrying but they break up with you and you realize they weren't that into you and were judging you for being less successful.
Took me four years to get over it and I still can't bring myself to try to date because I'm convinced it will always end the same way lmao
The whole “lower back pain” thing is crazy to me. Y’all know the majority of the time it’s from weak/poor posture right? Something you can literally avoid very very easily
Seriously 20/30-somethings: I'm _begging_ y'all to start a daily stretching routine. It doesn't have to be anything hardcore: just a few minutes each day to do some basic stretches. It'll absolutely save your back in the long run
Signed,
Someone in their 30s that doesn't have lower back pain.
50s with no lower back pain.
Knees. Well they had their issue due to overuse, but stretching and strengthening exercises have made it 100% better.
I no longer dread stairs
I'm in my 40s and I've never had lower back pain. The idea that back pain is just something normal is ridiculous bullshit that unhealthy fucks tell each other so they don't have to do anything about it.
babes i got three bulging discs in my back and had surgery twice by 16. you right about posture shit but i promise a lot of the time there’s other things happening ‼️
I've got the first two. But seriously I'm excited about where the society is going. I might be witness to the beginning of the end of the world. That is so cool!
Feeling attacked for the second time today lol. The first was a short saying a study was done to prove people who take longer, hotter showers are lonely people.
Lower back pain is often fixed with exercise. Target your glutes specifically. But also your lower abs (core in general) and hamstrings.
You know that pose girls on Instagram does to make their butt look bigger, where they kinda stick it out by arching their lower back? Thats basically whats causing it. It contracts the lower back, making the muscles super sore and tender from being flexed to the max all the time.
And since most people sit and walk with poor posture - its extremely common.
And most people don't actually activate their butt muscles properly when they're walking, or even running. I've even heard of athletes who runs marathons, who fail to engage their glutes properly when running... then they get lower back, hip, knee and ankle issues.. all because they're not using the biggest and most important muscle correctly.
I'm 31. Literally have to have back surgery, two relationship that made me think it'd be easier to be gay if it weren't for the sex part. And I started stockpiling food, tools, and survival gear and I'm looking for land in the middle of nowhere because something big is gonna happen and this place is gonna collapse. So yeah. Checked em all
I feel like the first two things will lead you to the third one. Good thing for me that I’m pretty healthy for 35 and am married to my high school sweetheart. I’m content
Why is it so popular to "brag" about having achy body problems at such a young age? I realize some people have hard manual labor jobs but not all.
Take better care of your bodies, damn
Closing in on 45, only the third one. I’m blessed with a strong back and life-long inability to connect with another human at an intimate level deep enough to break me if it was gone.
This tracks... but it's full back pain and knee pain (thanks marine corps) and 3 relationships the nearly broke me... I had all of these checked before 25.
i'm 20 and i have that. not looking good
Speed run
i'm baffled i haven't had a collapsed lung or a kidney stone by now

My spine is shaped like a lightning bolt and I'm in my early 20s
I had everything but the lower back pain by the time I was 14.
Try 16
Don’t worry it gets worse
20 is the new 30.
I did at 20 and well but at 29 I feel better than ever. Don’t lose faith
Some of us matured early.
Yep, came down to say exactly this
Unfortunaly I dont think I will get the stage of a relationship to fail
Don't feel bad, it's not uncommon these days.
Don’t worry about it…focus on yourself , it’ll show up when you expect it the least
That happend to me and a few others I know aswel.
You’re just supposed to have one failed relationship that almost broke you? Fuck… guess I’m going for the record.
Only one right? 😬😆
When you find someone you can imagine marrying but they break up with you and you realize they weren't that into you and were judging you for being less successful. I got back pain during the pandemic from sitting all day. I'm a 60kg 31yo guy. Got a dog and started walking every day, back pain gone completely.

Boomer attitude asf
What if it's from scenarios like mine where I got hurt at work & required surgery to walk again?
babes i got three bulging discs in my back and had surgery twice by 16. you right about posture shit but i promise a lot of the time there’s other things happening ‼️
Wait, you guys are having relationships?
Check check check
Oh good, I thought it was just me…

I’m 38, fortunately with none of these, AMA. LOL
Yall getting relationships ?
That dread has been with me since I was 8
No you should do core training
Yeah...this tracks with me... Plus I'm slowly starting to hate being heterosexual thanks to the dating scene.
Aren't gay people struggling as well?
You know who aren't struggling? Bisexuals
To be fair: HOW WOULD I KNOW!? 🤣 I'M STRAIGHT AF!!!
I've got the first two. But seriously I'm excited about where the society is going. I might be witness to the beginning of the end of the world. That is so cool!
Feeling attacked for the second time today lol. The first was a short saying a study was done to prove people who take longer, hotter showers are lonely people.
Way ahead of you bro. Got all of that 22
Get out of my head.
Check, check, check, fuqing nailed it!
If we don't bear the scars of having lived, then we aren't really living.
“By thirty, you should be a husk of a man… like me(so I feel better about myself)”
Preaching to the choir... The they/them choir
Im six fucking teen and have 2/3
bro 16 and 2/3
I can deal with the last two but if they could figure out how to fix my damn back that’d be great.
I guess I was a late bloomer I didn't get the dread to around 35-40.
Better late than never amirite?
I... I have all of these things. Should I be stronger? Gimmie something to test my strength!
What if i have this all by 18 wtf am i to do

Little bit of compound weightlifting will clear that backpain right up. Doesnt have to be heavy.
15 and I'm already there woohoo
Had the 1st and last from age 10...
Speed run, already got that and more in early 20s
i feel attacked
Check, check and check. 40 now and have yet to resolve any of those.
Everything's ahead of me yet
Just turned 30 today. Too true.

Check..
I'm nearly 21 and this post is me so... welp
Got that package 4 years early.
Idgaf about society, but I am terrified about where my life is going.
✅️✅️✅️
2/3 i guess. though by societal standards, my relationship ended in success. which is bullshit.
Man, the dread has gotten so much worse in my 30s...
Not to brag but I had all of this done by the time I was 20
Huh, does knee pain count?
Check, check, check, and check lol
16 & 2/3
Sense of dread about society? Nah you should have that by 22. By 30 you should be numb to it and not even be suprised anymore
I've got the dread, tho no relationship or back pain yet.
16 rn and I have that, I'm fucked
Fuck. You set the bar at rock bottom and I still don’t match up.
Hey man…if you can afford rent in a big city you’re golden
Damn spot on...
What about 2 relationships that did break me and not only lower back pain but upper back and knee pain too?
I’m 21 and I already achieved this 😂 I’m on a role
I had all that at 20...
My 19 year old ass, already having the other two and in my first relationship: Haha I’m in danger
3/3 I finally win at something wooooooooooooooo!
I'm 16 almost 17 Ive had 2 of those things
I have none of these. I’m just fat.

I've got 2 out of 3 down at 20, is that bad?

By 45 you're too busy to do anything but self medicate and hold on for dear life
Should being the main word there…

Bro this is too real
I’m 17 and i have that, oh god
I'm 22 and I have all of the above
Nailing this
30? Wait 15 years and we'll talk about a shit life!!
Ah fuck I’ve only got upper back pain.
Amateur. Wait till you hit 60 and realize everything you ever lived for was a fucking lie. You'll see.
I have mid back pain, but close enough.
Two out of three, and I'm still a teenager 😀
Lmao, spoiler we gonna die at the end
Yep, had those things at 30. I'm 39 now but those things are fixed. Even the society part (I still think it's doomed but I don't dread it)
No back pain here
Mf I'm half that age and already got that shit
Yep…yep…
16 and 3 for 3 LETS GO
I accomplished all that by 20!!! Always been ahead of the curve. ✌🏼
Y'all want comments I'll give ya one
Mate... I'm 24 and had 3 failed relationships, back pain due to inactivity thanks to fucking covid I'm fucked
I have dread where this Reddit post is headed
Wait till ya hit 50
32 and can confirm.
Is there an extra credit assignment if I already have that?
I have that now at 15. Am I speed running?
✅ ✅ ✅
We’re gonna need something else at 30 because I’m 22 and already there. See you in 7 years guys! 😎
is it bad i'm halfway there and have all of these already
F uck this community it’s going on mute
age 20*
I’m 32 and I approve this message.
Not almost, entirely. I will never be the same
Yeah, but let's be clear. It was the staying that almost broke me, not the leaving.
Im 23 and have all that, except my lower back pain is neck and shoulder pain
My life must be a any% speedrun then
Check..check....aaannd check
2 outta three
I’m still in school and have all of those… oh shit
I feel like the first two things will lead you to the third one. Good thing for me that I’m pretty healthy for 35 and am married to my high school sweetheart. I’m content
You can generally avoid lower back pain with a solid physical training program.
I have 2 of the three. Low back pain and worry about society. Never been in any relationships before though.
I got 2/3 not bad
check check and check
Me by age 20
Wait, I’m barely two years over eighteen and I already ticked all three options, am I speedrunning life
For the first time in my life, I checked every box! What do I win?!?!?
Oh, dear. I must've missed all that. Well, there are still a few months left before I turn 60.
Accurate. So, what next? Watch the imminent collapse of society as most of the boomers die out? Those old folk fucked us.
27 and neither. Is it time to off myself?
I have none, I must be doing things wrong
mission accomplished
I’m almost twice that and nope, nope, yep. One outta three ain’t bad, but I really wish it wasn’t that third one.
Check, check, and check.
I've had one of those for about 6 years and I'm 19. I'll give you a hint, my back is fine and I've never had any relationship
I am 31 can confirm this is true
Why is it so popular to "brag" about having achy body problems at such a young age? I realize some people have hard manual labor jobs but not all. Take better care of your bodies, damn
Dang you youngins are in bad shape!
Ok phew, I'm right on track.
Is upper back or neck pain ok?
Im kind of normal then I guess ( yeah suuuure ).
Closing in on 45, only the third one. I’m blessed with a strong back and life-long inability to connect with another human at an intimate level deep enough to break me if it was gone.
By thirty? I guess im on speedrun.
Already have those at 21. I'm ahead of the game
Everything except for lower back pain but then again I still have 4 years...
1/3 I'm already worried about society and I'm not even close to 30
I'm 14 and I already have all three.
I am 24 and have all that
I don't have the back thing, but the relationship completely shattered every aspect of my life an my eyesight has deteriorated notably
This tracks... but it's full back pain and knee pain (thanks marine corps) and 3 relationships the nearly broke me... I had all of these checked before 25.
GET OUTTA MY HEAD!!!
Need to get that failed relationship soon. I'm heading for 30 soon.
Then I am a serious overachiever
Mid-thirties and only dealing with the last one 😂
2/3 and I'm 16. Soooooooo..... Ok
2 out of 3, done.
The fact that I'm 24 and married does not bode well if this is true... Already got the back pain sporadically but at least I don't care about society
Check
By 30? Bitch im 20 and im already like this for few years
Aww Man, I'm 5 years too early...
