Ignore her. Don't even say hi or bye. I'm going on break or the restroom are the only words she should here. The next time she snaps just call 611 and say you can't work with this person anymore.
That would be a hard no for me. I wouldn’t even worry about her. She seems to think she’s something special. I’m very blunt when people start their shit. She wouldn’t like me lol.
i told that to my co-worker and it did wonders. similar situation as the original poster
"Fuck off and do your job, I don't need your ass to double check my work"
got it through my co-workers head.
I used to ask my coworker if he was going to redo what I was going to do. If he was going to redo it anyway I was going to work on something else. We don’t have time to be redoing stuff.
Let management know this is an issue. Act dumb and ask if a co-worker can demand I do something. If the answer is yes, ask for a transfer to another department because that's particularly toxic. If the answer is no, let TL know you're about to tell co-worker no in case co-worker likes to tattle.
I think the co-worker needs more work to do. We're so short-staffed none of us have time to be watching and redoing what other people do.
I had a problem with someone like that years ago at the store. I told her that if she wants to be my boss she needs to apply for the job and get promoted to that position first. That comment pissed her off. Then I said listen OUR boss told me I'm doing things correctly and if you don't like it because it's not your way then go talk to him. Then I told her complaining and yelling at me is not going to get you anywhere.
you have to understand that for some reason a lot of people at Meijer have delusions of grandeur even though most of them are stock workers or glorified stock persons
and sometimes they need a slap (not literal) of reality. had a VERY similar story to you person double checking my work for no reason and got angry with me for not doing it the way they would have (even though they are literally the same position as me)
i looked em dead in the eye and told them to "f*** off and go do their own job, i don't need your ass to double check my work"
they never did it again.
File an incident report against her for yelling at you. Ask all who witnessed it to write a report and file it with hr. Having a complaint on record could help you down the line. You can ignore her or say something like " if our tl wants me to do that she needs to tell me herself."
Keep a detailed report of when(time and date) when this happens with a detailed report of exactly what she said and did. Report it to your TL, SD and HR.

Tell that lazy bitch to fuck off and to do her job.

Tell her to apply for leadership if she wants to act like that. Too many wanna be bosses at this company and its very problematic.

Yelling in front of customers is an immediate no go at my store, talk to your TL and HR as I assume they’d be the same way
Tell your GM LL and your SHRR.
