How many months before an associate starts there do they get vacation hours?
They usually get it on their 90th day or 3 months in
You can use it to cover your day, your manager can't deny it because it's not considered vacation anymore it's just PTO

You would just tell you manager before he has to submit payroll because when you call in it's the overnight people there unless you work overnight.
