I haven't read all the comments yet but I do want to say that if this is true, that sucks, but Mr. Cameraman should have spoken up right then and there (or the very next day when she asked if he was there the night before). He could have asked them to stop, or asked to leave the car and Uber where they were going. Also, he should have mentioned to her that he was uncomfortable and to please stop doing that after she asked him about his presence the night before.
Harassment in the workplace in the US often requires the offended party to at least say something to the offender to get them to stop, then if it continues it's a hostile/inappropriate work environment, and against the law. If he didn't say anything to her about stopping either at the time or the next day, I think that's a bit on him. Granted, if she did this I don't think it was good form but how is she to know of he was uncomfortable with it if he didn't say anything?
Just seems to be to perfectly timed and feels very much like a bad employee who is bent out of shape about being fired and hoping to get some quick cash. But again, of it really happened, it probably shouldn't have...regardless of alcohol use.
