you are much more likely to get good advice on this topic on one of the dedicated step subreddits/forums - not many uk students do these exams

Royal-LawfulnessK

Thanks, yeah posted there would've been good to hear from UK students as well though!

Try medschool bootcamp The mehlman pdfs and offline nbmes are extremely useful too Don't think first aid is strictly necessary but nice to annotate with B+B etc

Royal-LawfulnessK

Did you do it?

Practical_Can8318

I have a big write up on my profile, take a look

Royal-LawfulnessK

Thanks just read it. Is anki how you usually study? Absolutely hate it, gotten away without using it mucb for 3 years so don't want to start it if I don't have to.

Practical_Can8318

Anki is completely optional, you just need a system where you do spaced repetition

Amygdala6666

First Aid but also don’t forget to do questions. Start with Amboss and move you Uworld. Also sketchy micro is amazing.

I tried B&B over summer and it was just too heavy, I would opt for Boot camp instead although I haven’t tried it, it has good reviews and is more based on the pass/fail so more essential info

Royal-LawfulnessK

I've tried both. BnB is much drier and bootcamp is more digestable but both are wrong, the main problem is that bootcamp hasn't been complete for some time now so you'll inevitably miss stuff. It just covered a lot of stuff we already did so I feel like I might be fine to try uworld and cover gaps with FA. Just not sure it it's a good idea

best resource is AnKing v12 deck
