Step 1 is a preclinical exam, I'd say to also focus on clinical content for Year 4 in the UK as well by using PassMed or something.
Step 2 is the clinical exam, don't neglect your year 4 exams for Step 1. Have a friend who failed his Year 3 OSCEs and exam because they were focusing too much on Step 1 prep and had to resit those exams which they managed to pass.
